Earl Steinberg, MD, MPP - President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Steinberg is a nationally-recognized expert in medical practice evaluation, quality assessment and quality improvement. Prior to joining Resolution Health, Inc., Dr. Steinberg was Vice President of Covance Health Economics and Outcomes Services, Inc., where he was also Co-Director of the Outcomes Studies Group and Director of the Quality Assessment and Improvement Systems Division.
Dr. Steinberg spent 12 years as a full-time faculty member at Johns Hopkins University, where he was Professor of Medicine, Professor of Health Policy and Management, and the founder and director of the Johns Hopkins Program for Medical Technology and Practice Assessment. Dr. Steinberg currently serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's National Medical Advisory Panel and the Advisory Committee for Harvard Medical School's Department of Health Policy.
Dr. Steinberg received his AB degree from Harvard College, his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and a Master of Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. He performed his residency training in internal medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dean Souleles - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Souleles is a technology and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including health care, financial services and aerospace. Before joining Resolution Health, Mr. Souleles served for 6 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of QuadraMed Corporation, an international public health care information technology and services company.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Research and Development for Chase Credit Systems, Inc., a software and technical services firm serving the mortgage credit reporting industry. He was also a founding partner and Chief Technology Officer of SureNet Corporation, an Internet service provider.
For more than 10 years, Mr. Souleles was a consultant to NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory as principal engineer and system architect on various space, civil, and defense programs. Mr. Souleles studied Computer Science at California State University, Northridge. He also received the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Weather and Flight Service Systems Director's Award.
Paul Argay - Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Argay is a world-class marketer with 30 years of experience and an outstanding track record of success in consumer product and service companies, large and small. He has led marketing strategy and plan development for consumer health care businesses, created and launched highly successful wireless telecommunications brands and grown brands at top-tier consumer products companies.
Before joining Resolution Health in June 2007, Mr. Argay was Vice President, Strategic Marketing at Aetna, where he led marketing strategy and planning for consumer-oriented businesses. Prior to that, Mr. Argay led the creation and introduction of highly successful wireless telecommunications brands. These included Vice President, Marketing positions at Sprint Spectrum, the country's first digital wireless service; and Cricket Communications, the first wireless service targeted to the mass consumer audience. There, he introduced consumer-focused innovations which revolutionized the way wireless is marketed and sold in the U.S.
Mr. Argay began his career at Procter and Gamble, where he worked for 11 years in Product Development and Brand Management, before moving to progressively higher positions at Nestle and Haagen-Dazs. He has Masters of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Chris Hill - Chief Financial Officer and General Manager
Mr. Hill, CMA, has extensive finance and management experience in the technology sector. He held numerous positions with Telus Corporation, Canada's second largest telecommunications company, and was responsible for the financial management of that company's $250M Internet Services Division. Mr. Hill had direct responsibility for the billing of a 500,000 Internet service subscriber base and had significant involvement in developing Telus' xDSL high-speed business plan.
Mr. Hill joined Resolution Health in 2003, and moved to the United States from Canada shortly after. He received his degree as a Certified Management Accountant from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Robert Hart - Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Hart is a software development expert with more than 20 years of leadership experience in health care information technology, including large-scale data analytics systems. Before joining Resolution Health, he was Senior Director, Software Development for McKesson Health Solutions, where he managed the development of decision support, care management, disease management and clinical assessment software for health care providers and payers.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Software Development for SunGard Higher Education, where he managed development of products to facilitate fundraising activities for the top 200 higher education institutions. Mr. Hart received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas and his Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.
Susheel Jain - Vice President, Corporate and Product Strategy
Mr. Jain is a health economist and nationally recognized leader in disease management, with more than 20 years of experience in health care strategy and product and business development. Before joining Resolution Health, Mr. Jain was Senior Vice President for Federal Healthcare and Strategy at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a global leader in business process and technology outsourcing. Mr. Jain was also Director of Emerging Markets at CorSolutions, a leading disease management company, where he secured the industry's first outsourced contracts with Medicaid and CMS.
Mr. Jain has worked as a consultant to leading government and commercial health care firms. He has also taught health economics, health insurance and financing courses at UCLA and University of Maryland. Mr. Jain received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medicine from Pennsylvania State University, his master’s degree in Medical Anthropology at Case Western Reserve University and his doctorate ABD in Health Policy and Economics from RAND/UCLA Center for Health Policy.
Daniel Heneghan - Vice President, Sales
Mr. Heneghan has more than 18 years of experience in health care information company leadership roles, and he provides strategic and tactical sales leadership for Resolution Health.
His health care industry experience includes directing sales and marketing strategies for start-up health care information product and service companies. Mr. Heneghan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Mike Roach - Vice President, Health Plan Business Development
Mr. Roach has more than 25 years of experience leading highly successful sales and marketing organizations in the health care industry. Prior to joining Resolution Health, Mr. Roach spent 13 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, most recently as Vice President, National Accounts and Federal Employee Program Marketing. In this role, he was also responsible for creating alliances with other Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans to achieve cost efficiency in claims processing and care management, improving bottom-line profitability for these organizations and their clients.
Prior to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mr. Roach held Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development positions at Provident Life & Accident and Health Care Plans. He also had management positions at Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Companies. Mr. Roach is on the board of Consortium Health Plans and is a member of The National Business Group on Health and numerous Blue Cross Blue Shield Association committees. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Minnesota State University.
Laurie McBrierty - Vice President, Product Management
Ms. McBrierty has more than 20 years of health care information systems experience, including 10 years in laboratory medicine and more than 15 years focused on health information management. She gained insight into the industry's challenges from both the customer and vendor perspective through her time with Kaiser Permanente, SoftMed and Stanford Health Services. She also has experience in health care analytics. A nationally recognized speaker and writer, Ms. McBrierty earned her bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco.
Alan Lefkowitz - General Counsel
Mr. Lefkowitz has substantial experience as a transactional lawyer focusing primarily on commercial and corporate matters. Prior to joining Resolution Health, Mr. Lefkowitz worked for O'Melveny & Myers, where he spent time both in Washington, DC and in London, England. At O'Melveny, he was outside counsel to numerous private companies, with an emphasis on technology and health care companies. He received an AB from Harvard College and received his JD from the University of Chicago.
