Drug safety messages inform the doctor, pharmacist or care manager of potentially dangerous drug-drug, drug-condition, drug-age or drug-dose interactions detected by our daily Drug Safety Scan™. This helps providers improve safety, drug effectiveness and medication adherence.

Evidence-based care messages inform doctors and care managers of specific health care improvement opportunities for their patients.

Health care cost savings messages show how much a patient will save by switching to a generic or formulary-preferred drug or mail order delivery. This explanation of “what’s in it for the patient” increases switching to these lower cost alternatives. We also deliver coupons for free over-the-counter medications to individuals who can safely switch from expensive branded prescription drugs.
