When we identify a health care improvement or cost savings opportunity, we reach out to the individual. Print, electronic or voice messages encourage them to discuss this opportunity with their doctor.

Evidence-based care messages advise the patient of opportunities to improve their health, stay healthy or better manage chronic illness. These messages help individuals close gaps in care or avoid the need for costly procedures. Our messages have been shown to increase compliance with best practices.

Health care cost savings messages show how much a patient will save by switching to a generic or formulary-preferred drug or mail order delivery.
